USF women's club volleyball is a student run club with the mission of winning national championships.  The team competes in the northern California Collegiate Volleyball League and is also recognized by the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation.

Although the team has had much recent success, the club had a rocky start.  The club was created in 2013, but in the absence of consistent commitment, the club spent the next two years suspended from the league.  In 2015, the club returned to Division two of the NCCVL.  That season, The team had coaches come and go and did not make league champs.  In 2016, current head coach, joey elftmann, joined the club.  With several years of experience in collegiate club volleyball, joey was able to lead the club to a division two NCCVL league championship.  In addition, the team competed in the NCVF National championships in louisville, Kentucky for the first time and went undefeated, being named NCVF Division 2 national champions. In 2017, the team moved up to division 1 in the Nccvl and went 12-1 in regular season play.  The team was also recognized by the ncvf as a division 1 team.  At the 2017 NCVF national championships in Kansas city, Missouri, the team beat ohio State in the finals to be named division 1 national champions!

The club has grown exponentially in just a few short years and the team continues to strive for excellence.  Our goal as a club is to enhance the college experience for all of our members through volleyball engagement, everlasting friendships, and many great memories.
